Paramount Service roots are in electrical and electronic systems installation, upgrade, repair, scheduled and on-call maintenance services. While traffic signalisation is a particular specialty, Paramount undertakes works for a variety of commercial clients for electrical and electronic systems, generators, motor and production controls as well as programmable control systems. While electrical contractors abound, few have the vast experience in control systems, traffic systems or sensitive and complicated programmable control systems as Paramount.

Paramount Service guarantees it has the right personnel to meet your needs while maintaining the levels of service demanded by our other clients. While Paramount has major clients, such as Gold Coast City Council, it does have the systems and people trained and in place to provide clients the service performance demanded.

Crucial to Paramount Service’s success is that the company is led by an experienced electrical and electronics technician with ongoing hands on involvement. This has provided principal Andrew Wishart, founder of Paramount Service, with the ability to recruit, train and retain solid, reliable, efficient and technically sound staff to carry out the repair and maintenance work for the existing council's, property developers clubs, residential high rise, shopping centres and as subcontractor for other Government contacted firms.

Customer Satisfaction is built into the very processes that guides our day to day operations. All technical staff go home in the evenings with their work vehicles thus creating a 'distributed depot' approach to providing a wider on call coverage across the city. Call outs are supervised closely by the principal to ensure that the best located technician is always allocated to minimise disruption time.

All of our emergency response vehicles have GPS tracking installed and this location information is monitored during repair call outs so that the closest technician is routed to subsequent events. This ensures that the billing information fed back to the client is accurate, comprehensive and timely while not over burdening the onsite technicians with unproductive paperwork

The SimPro "in the field" data capture system has been successfully integrated into many of our clients on-call maintenance and scheduled maintenance contracts that is used for accurate billing, staff resourcing and call out performance tracking. Every invoice is carefully reviewed by the principal before issue to the client.

Paramount's QA system has been designed by in-house staff and external consultants qualified in QA system design specifically for the electrical and electronic control industry. With ongoing in-house audits we strive to make sure that every job is performed correctly the first time and that we are continually improving our system in terms of safety, response times and costs.
